This product is fantastic !! I could see it working in less than a week. If you have sensitive teeth I would use 16% I purchased the 22% which is fine for me, highly recommend!! Delivery quick. Will definitely re purchase.

Both products are amazing .. I prefer the day purely for time only ... I used night 22% first for 1 week and the difference was amazing.. then for second week used night 14% for a week .. both on a daily basis ... And now have reached great results
